Pizzeria Chicken

Hello everyone!  Tonight I fixed Pizzeria Chicken for dinner.  It was a Reynolds recipe.  It was good and if you are interested in this recipe or ay others let me know and I will post it in the comments.  There were a few really good suggestions from our table, mushrooms, slice the chicken into strips, more pepporonis and I think that was all...oooh and more cheese...lol.  Thanks for reading and looking.  God Bless.

  1. Reynold's Pizzeria Chicken
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 boneless,skinless chicken breast (I used 1 one whole boneless skinless chicken breast that was split and cut into 4 pieces for portion size)
    1 green bell pepper, sliced (I use frozen mix of peppers and onions)
    1 cup pasta or pizza sauce
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    20 slices of pepporoni
    Preheat oven to 400. You can line the pan with foil, but I used a foil pan. Place sliced onions on bottom of pan evenly. Top with chicken, peppers and pasta sauce. Bake 20 mintues, sprinkle with cheese and pepporoni. Continue baking for 20 to 25minutes.
