Hello, I decides to put the eggs before the chicken...lol. Okay, so I made these cupcakes to go with the other desserts for the church. They were suppose to be mini cupcakes, and to carry them they were suppose to be in egg cartons. I don't have a mini cupcake pan and got tired of trying to find one, I found plenty of the mini baking cups for them though. The idea for these egg cupcakes came from "What's New, Cupcake? by: Karen Tack and Alan Richardson. I used White chocolate instead of the candy melts too. Tell me what you think of mine.
