Hello everyone,
This chicken was suppose to be salt crusted but after looking at all of the kosher salt it called for I decided to leave all the salt out. I sliced a lemon, an onion and added 3 cloves of garlic and stuffed it inside the chicken, then mixed some lemon zest, olive oil, a little salt, pepper and thyme together and brushed it on the chicken and stuck it in the oven for about 1 hour and a half.
